As many as 322 suspected and 71 wanted militants were also arrested, Army spokesperson Brigadier General Mohamed Samir said.
A total 347 unlicensed vehicles and motorcycle used by militants in their attacks against police and army personnel were destroyed, he said in a statement.
Also, 60 shelters and headquarters belong to militants were destroyed.
Egypt's North Sinai has witnessed many violent attacks by militants since the January 2011 revolution that toppled the ex-president Hosni Mubarak.
The attacks targeting police and military personnel increased after the ouster of Islamist ex-president Mohamed Morsi in 2013.
The military has launched security campaigns in the area, arrested suspects and demolished houses that belong to terrorists, including those digging tunnels leading to the Gaza Strip.
