A person spotted 15 tobacco cans, wrapped with a brown adhesive tape, near a garbage dump close to the Dariyapur tent police outpost, an official of the city police control room said.
Top police officials along with the Bomb Disposal Squad and forensic experts rushed to the spot after getting the information.
