With today's arrest, the number of people held so far has gone up to 15.
"We have arrested 15 persons so far, including two yesterday, in connection with the ransacking of the VC's office two days back," Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Vyas told PTI.
The arrested persons will be produced in a court later today, he said.
A total of 20-25 persons have been identified by the police on the basis of video footage and newspaper reports and launched a drive to nab the others involved in the offence soon, police said.

The incident took place Monday when the suspected activists of VHP/Bajrang Dal vandalised Kaul's office and also misbehaved with him against his reported appeal to landlords to be sympathetic towards their Kashmiri students-cum-tenants in the wake of flood in Jammu and Kashmir.
The workers also asked Kaul to withdraw his appeal. The VC was admitted to a private hospital after he felt "uneasy". He was discharged today, a police officer said.
The incident prompted the Opposition Congress to slam the Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led state government for "not doing enough to rein in the saffron workers."
Leader of Opposition in state Assembly Satyadev Katare said the attack is akin to defiance of the state government's stand to help students from the flood-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir.
