Though the incident occurred on November 23, it came to light when parents of the victim lodged a complaint at the Shahpur police station yesterday, police said.
"All four accused were arrested late Saturday," Deputy Superintendent of police (DSP) Hitesh Lakhanpal told reporters today.
The victim had gone to attend a 'jagrata' (religious function) in the village where a youth, who was known to the girl, told her that her friend was waiting outside.
He then took the victim to a secluded place where three others joined him and took turns to allegedly rape the minor.
