The incident took place in New Usmanpur on May 17, police said.
One of the accused, Ajay, has been arrested in this connection, while his younger brother, a minor, was detained. Both of them are victim's neighbours, they said.
The second minor is on the run, police said.
The girl was found in an unconscious condition in a street and after she regained consciousness, she narrated the incident to her family, police said.
The victim's family members approached police, who registered a case after a medical test confirmed rape.
