In a complaint filed with the police today, the victim alleged that she was kidnapped by three youths - Deepak Masih, Sona and Dony - when she was returning from school on May 12.
She was then taken to Bahadur Rajoya village on a motorbike where Deepak Masih allegedly raped her, police said.
A case of rape has been registered against three accused who are absconding, police said.
