19 additional judges appointed to Allahabad HC take oath

The Allahabad High Court Chief Justice today administered oath to 19 additional judges appointed to the court.
The oath ceremony was held at the chief justice's chamber this afternoon here.
The appointment takes the number of judges to 109 in the high court.
The law ministry had issued separate notifications appointing 19 additional judges to the Allahabad High Court and five to the Calcutta High Court on Tuesday.
