2.5 kg gold seized from woman passenger

Gold weighing 2.5 kg was recovered today from a 65-year-old female air passenger who arrived here from Kuala Lumpur, Customs officials said.
Grace Selvarani, a native of Virudhunagar in the state, brought the gold, worth Rs 85 lakh, by concealing in her undergarment, they said adding, she could not produce any valid documents for the consignment.
