2 absconders arrested in Jammu

The Jammu and Kashmir police has arrested two absconders here, an official said.
They have been identified as Tarlok Chand, a resident of Doda, and Rohit Dogra, a resident of Jammu, a police officer said.
They were produced before a court today, which had issued a warrant against them in cases registered in 2008, the official said.
