2 AIADMK workers collapse, die of sunstroke at party rally

Two AIADMK party workers collapsed and died of sunstroke during an election rally addressed by party supremo Jayalalithaa.
Pachiannan (55) and Periyasamy (62) from Salem district, collapsed and died of sunstroke, police said.
Their bodies have been sent to the government hospital here for a post-mortem, they said.
Temperatures in many parts of Tamil Nadu this month has been above normal, touching 40 degrees Celsius at several places.
