2 arrested for Ghaziabad shootout incident

Two persons were arrested today in connection with a shooting incident here in January in which a youth was killed and his brother critically injured.
Naseem and Suhail were arrested from a parking area of a mall in Vaishali area here in connection with the case, Deputy Superintendent of Police Atul Yadav said.
While Naseem is brother of Yunus, the main accused in the case, Suhail is his friend, he said.
The duo is being interrogated to know the whereabouts of Yunus and their other accomplices, Yadav said, adding, two automatic country-made pistols and live cartridges were recovered from their possession.

On Janurary 13, Arshi Malik and Pappu Malik, both in their 20's, were shot at by Yunus and his accomplices when they were driving back home.

Two other accused -- Rasheed and Nadeem -- were earlier arrested by Indirapuram police and sent to jail.
