Allegedly, the duo, Manohar Reddy and Chandrasekhar, unauthorisedly ran the centre without prior permission from authorities, Golconda police station inspector Khaleel Pasha said.
"They collected a sum of Rs 300 from residents to enroll them for Aadhaar card," the police official said.
Based on a complaint lodged by a senior Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) official here, the police nabbed the duo against whom a case of cheating has been registered, the police official said.
