Acting on a specific information, police raided a shop last night and arrested its owner Jai Bharat Mittal (32), besides seizing 135 pirated books, they said.
On interrogation, Mittal revealed location of another shop in the same area, where 935 more pirated books were found and one Chabil Dass (38) was arrested, police said.
A case under Copy Right Act has been registered at Hauz Qazi police station, they said.
