A top district police officer said an NIA team rounded up Enamul Mollah and Abdulla Mollah from Rabindranagar area in the district.
The NIA team, assisted by state police, took away the duo to Rabindranagar police station.
The officer said the duo were accused of giving logistical support to one of the main accused Bin Amin Seikh in renting the residence in Burdwan district and establishing contact with other members of a terror group.
Two suspected terrorists of the said group Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh were killed in the blast on October 2, 2014.
