2 arrested with two leopard skins in Himachal

Two persons were today arrested with two leopard skins and one kilogramme narcotics in Sirmaur area of the district.
According to Superintendent of Police, Sirmaur, Sumedha Diwedi, two persons who were moving around in suspicious condition were detained for questioning on Jamta-Mahipur road, about 30 km from here.
During checking, two leopard skins and 'charas' were recovered from Sunder Singh and Guman Singh, she said.
"The six feet one inch long leopard skin, which bore bullet marks, was recovered from the possession of Sunder Singh while another skin of leopard cub and one kilogramme charas was recovered from another person identified as Guman Singh," she added.
A case against them has been registered in Nahan police station.
