2 cousins die trying to rescue goat

Two persons died after inhaling poisonous gas while trying to rescue a goat which had fallen into an abandoned well in Parsagarhi village, police said today.
Pawan (17) entered into the well when his goat fell into an abandoned well in the village. When he failed to come out, his 22-year-old cousin Vishnu also entered into the well to rescue both Pawan and the goat. Both died due to the poisonous gas, police said.
Pawan was a student of class 9 and Vishnu was to appear in an Indian Army recruitment test and had received a call letter for the same, village pradhan Laxaman said.
