2 Delhi Police officers appointed ADGs in paramilitary forces

Government has appointed two senior Delhi Police officials as new Additional Directors General in CISF and CRPF.
While 1984-batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer Dharmendra Kumar has been appointed as ADG in Central Industrial Security Force, his batch junior S N Shrivastava (1985-batch, AGMUT cadre) has been appointed in the same rank in Central Reserve Police Force, a Home Ministry order said.
While Kumar is at present serving as Special Commissioner (Special Unit) in Delhi Police, Shrivastava is Special Commissioner (Recruitment and Training).
Officials said while Kumar may be tasked to head the airport sector in CISF, Shrivastava is expected to supervise a CRPF field unit.
