Two men were arrested for allegedly killing a person over an argument in southeast Delhi's Govindpuri area, police said on Wednesday.
The accused have been identified as Shiv Kumar (39) and Suman Faliya (21), residents of Tughlakabad Village, they said.
On Monday, Majidia Hospital informed police about the death of a man named Rajbir who was brought to the hospital with severe injuries.
According to a senior police officer, the incident took place on Sunday when Rajbir along with his friends was in Tughlakabad Village.
At around 7:30 pm, Kumar came there and had a quarrel with Rajbir and one of his friends. At around 9 pm, Kumar returned with and Faliya and attacked Rajbir with a knife and baseball bat, the officer said.
Police arrested Kumar on Monday at around 11.30 pm when he was going to meet his wife while Faliya was held on Tuesday, they said.
