here for allegedly being involved in as many as 13 cases of theft and auto-lifting in the city with police saying that five motorbikes were recovered from their possession.
The accused have been identified as Sahid Ali, a resident of Sanjay Camp in Chankyapuri, and Kuldeep Sain of Najafgarh. Both the accused were members of the notorious Mogli Gang, police said.
Five stolen motorcycles and three expensive mobile phones werre seized from their possession, they added.
According to police, acting on a specific input about the movement of Sahid, a trap was laid on June 16 near Sector-6, RK Puram and the accused duo were intercepted as they were moving on a motorcycle, which turned out upon verification to be a stolen one.
