2 held for several cases of chain-snatching and theft

Delhi police today arrested two persons and claimed to have worked out seven cases of chain-snatching and two cases of theft.
According to the police, Anil, alias Narender, (21) and Krishana Kant, alias Krishana, (21) were arrested from M B Road, Khanpur, by Special Staff of South-East district police after it received a tip off that the duo will come to that area.
Police recovered a gold chain, two Samsung galaxy mobile phones and two Bajaj Pulsar motorcycles from them.
During interrogation, Anil reportedly told police that he and Krishna, along with his cousin brother Kamal, first stole a bike and then started using it for snatching gold chains, mobile phones and cash from pedestrians.
Kamal is absconding and efforts are being made to nab him, police said.
