2 held with sand extracted from mines illegally

Police today arrested two persons and seized a truck carrying sand extracted from mines illegally in Yakutpur area here, police said.
Sub Inspector Jai Kishore arrested Zahul and Shaukeen, residents of Mewat in Haryana, during a checking of vehicles and seized the truck, they said.
Both were booked under Mining Act and sent to jail, they said.
