Rameshwar and Manoj Kumar were killed when the bus in which they were travelling overturned near Sikanderpur village, they said.
Police said the bus was carrying polling party for the ongoing urban local body elections in Uttar Pradesh.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital where the condition of some of them was stated to be serious.
