: Two Ivory Coast nationals were Sunday detained here on the charge of drug-peddling and 25 gms of cocaine was seized from them, an excise official said.
Acting on a tip-off, D Arnold Patrick and Y Abdoulaye were subjected to a check and the drug was seized along with three mobile phones, assistant excise superintendent (Enforcement) N Anjireddy said.
Investigations showed a Nigerian based in Bengaluru was the kingpin and he was sending men to Hyderabad to sell the narcotic at Rs 6,000 per gram, the official said adding a hunt is on to nab the other gang members.
