Sandeep and Sarurat died on the spot, while 20 others got minor injuries and were admitted to a nearby hospital, police said.
There were 30 passengers on the bus which was going to Gulawati area from New Bus Stand in Ghaziabad.
The accident took place when the bus overturned while escaping a speeding truck coming from opposite direction, police said.
"All injured persons who were taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment were discharged after being given first-aid," said a police officer.
