The accident occurred near Senapur petrol pump under Fatanpur Police Station area, they said.
In the incident, 53-year-old Jag Bahadur Patel died on the spot, while Bablu Dubey (45), who was seriously injured, succumbed to injuries at a hospital here, the police said, adding the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
