The truck carrying stones was on its way to Gauripur in Assam from Raidak. The driver tried to save a bicycle rider and lost control over the vehicle and it overturned last night, they said.
Local people rushed to the spot and rescued the injured. Two of the seriously injured have been shifted to MJN Hospital in CoochBehar.
