The victims were identified as Raj Kumar(40), a truck driver, and his helper Chhotu (30).
The incident took place last night when the duo was returning to Laxmi Nagar colony, where their truck was parked, police said.
Both Kumar and Chhotu died on the spot, police said, adding, the car driver fled after the accident.
