The accident took place on Khuthan road under Shahganj Kotwali police station area when the car overturned and fell in the ditch, police said.
Of the three passengers in the car, a 30-year-old man and his son were killed before the locals could rescue them.
Police said the third person, a woman, is in a state of shock.
The bodies have been sent for post mortem examination.
