SHO Haridayal Singh Yadav said that during routine checking of vehicles around 3:15 AM, police signaled a Verna car for checking in which Aashish and Amit were travelling.
Upon interrogation, the duo confessed of stealing the car from Sunlight colony in Delhi and another car stolen from Eros Hotel in Nehru Place has been recovered from their house.
Upon frisking, the police also recovered one .315 bore country-made pistol and two live cartridges from their possession.
