They were arrested from Kishanganj area of Central Delhi on May 3.
According to police, on May 3 two bikers had fired at one Satbir, his wife Kaushalya and some relatives when they were waiting for an auto rickshaw near Gaushala Road in Kishanganj.
The men were looking for one Nonu but they didn't find him. When they came to know that Satbir was Nonu's relative, the men fired at him and his wife.
The couple was rushed to Jeewan Mala Hospital with serious injuries, police said.
"The juvenile was apprehended and during questioning he told police that he along with another person, also a minor, and two others had committed this offence, as he wanted to settle a score with Nonu," Central District DCP Alok Kumar said.
