2 security personnel killed, three injured in mishap

: Two security personnel at a sand quarry near Kulithalai were killed on the spot and three others injured when a chicken laden lorry hit a giant boulder on which they were seated and rolled down a pit today.
Police said all five were on night duty and were sitting on the boulder when the lorry driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed the rock.
All the injured have been hospitalised.
