2 taxi drivers killed as bus falls into gorge near Nat'nl park

: Two taxi drivers were killed and several others injured when a tourist bus fell into a 15 feet-deep gorge after hitting two parked taxis near Iravikulam National Park here in Idukki district this noon.
Police said the mishap occured when the bus driver lost control of the vehicle after the brakes failed.
As many as 23 tourists, from and outside Kerala, were there in the bus which was on its way back from Rajamal.
Two tourists, travelling in the bus, sustained head and leg injuries while a number of others suffered minor ones.
All of them were rushed to a nearby private hospital, police added.
