Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi gave a reward of Rs 10,000 each to Rajesh Saini and Aditi for setting an example for general public to help curb crimes in the city.
Saini was felicitated for helping in the arrest of an accused who was molesting a minor in his car. He gathered people and showed courage and presence of mind so that the accused was caught red handed and the minor was saved.
On the other hand, Aditi helped police in nabbing a chain snatcher who was accosting a foreign national and snatched her bag in Preet Vihar area.
