The incident took place at 2 AM when the car was returning from Amritsar, police said.
Premwati (60) and Saroj Bala (36) were declared brought dead while six other people were discharged from hospital.
The truck driver managed to escape from the spot.
The vehicle was damaged so badly that the fire brigade took over an hour to remove the occupants, police said.
