Harsh Arora (30) of Surat, and Sandeep (34) from Amritsar died on the spot when a truck rammed into their car at Hiranagar belt in Kathua district, the official said.
The truck has been impounded, but the driver fled from the spot, he said.
A case has been registered in this regard, he said.
