20-yr-old woman claims rape by 3 youths

A 20-year-old married woman was allegedly raped by three youths in the Kanota area here, police said today.
The woman, who had separated from her husband and is living with her mother and 10-month-old son, has named three persons in the FIR, police said. She alleged that the three accused -- identified as Nawal, Jaswant and Mausam -- had raped her on multiple occasions in the recent past.
Police said that they are waiting to record the victim's statement before arresting the accused, who are absconding.
Interestingly, the victim's mother had a few days back filed a complaint against her daughter saying she had stolen cash not only from their home but also from other houses in their neighbourhood in the Mali-ki-Kothi-Bagrana area here, police said.

Meanwhile, in another case, a woman who was in a live-in relationship has filed an FIR at Harmara police station alleging that one Madan Yadav drugged and raped her over a period of time on the pretext of marriage, police said, adding that they are looking into the matter.
