Accused Braj Mohan caught hold of the victim while she was walking and dragged her to his house and raped her there yesterday, SHO, Kotwali, Aditya Kumar said.
The woman narrated the incident to her family members who filed a complaint at the police station to lodge an FIR against the accused, he said.
