Eleven Panchayat Ghars have been fully damaged and an equal number of them partially damaged during the unrest in the Valley, Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Rural Development Department Abdul Haq Khan said in a written reply to the question of PDP MLA Ajaz Ahmad Mir in the Legislative Assembly.
