The medical tests of 27 patients undergoing treatment in government and private hospitals confirmed that these people were suffering from symptoms of dengue, the sources said.
The positive cases of dengue in Patna district since the outbreak of the disease on September 13 last has increased to 285, even as 485 other patients were reported to be suspected to be suffering from symptoms of dengue, they said.
There have been no reports of casuality, the sources said.
