Anand Dalal, senior Vice President, Corporate Regulatory Affairs of TTSL, said that they had supplied documents asked by the Department of Telecom (DoT) after filing of their applications.
"I am not aware there were numerous deficiencies in our applications as filed on June 21, 2006. I am also not aware if these deficiencies were made up subsequently.
"However, whatever documents were asked for subsequently by the DoT were supplied," Dalal, who was deposing as a prosecution witness, told Special CBI Judge O P Saini.
During his cross examination, Dalal said entry fee paid by TTSL for the Unified Access Services Licences (UASL) for three telecom circles -- Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and North-East --was as per the fee mentioned in UASL guidelines of December 2005.
He also denied that TTSL had not met its roll-out obligations with respect to the earlier licences granted to it at the time when it was given Letters of Intent (LoIs) for three circles in 2008.
Dalal, whose recording of statement concluded today, also denied that DoT policy on cross holding in a company was changed and later re-changed to favour the Tatas.
