"The three Rwandan students of a private university were arrested after locals caught them misbehaving with a girl in market area," Assistant Commissioner of Police Dalvir Singh said.
The locals caught Pacific, Egnis Delku and Tisanuma and called the police, the ACP said, adding a case under section 354 of IPC has been registered against them.
