MLC S V Mohan Reddy has been asked to attend before the chairman on May 8 while Pulla Padmavathi and Konda Murali have been told to present their case on May 11, official sources said here.
The Congress had submitted a petition to the Council Chairman on January 13 seeking disqualification of the three MLCs for defying the party and sailing with YSR Congress of Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
The three MLCs had been active supporters of Jagan and bad-mouthing the Congress leadership, including Sonia Gandhi, for over a year.
However, Pulla Padmavathi "repented" and returned to the Congress fold in March.
Incidentally, Murali's wife Konda Surekha was disqualified as a member of the Legislative Assembly in March for siding with the YSR Congress.
