3 arms smugglers held

The Bihar police's Special Task Force (STF) arrested three arms smugglers in Begusarai district, a police officer said today.
Acting on a tip off, a STF team raided a hideout in Rajuara village last night and netted three arms smugglers, identified as Om Yadav, Uddeshya Sahni and Avinash Rajkumar, with three regular rifles, Sahebpur Kamal police station in-charge Arvind Kumar said.
In addition, five live ammunition, three empty ammunition and a motorcycle were also seized from possession of the smugglers trio, he said.
The accused were being questioned about source of weapons seized from them and related details, the police officer said.
