Nem Chandra, Avnish Kumar and Mahran were arrested yesterday on a tip off for preparing EPIC in the city area, they said.
Besides EPIC, the trio used to prepare fake documents and sell them to buyers, who allegedly used them for illegal activities, police said.
The probe is on in the matter.
