An official notice of the CPC revealed that Wang Hongying, former secretary general of the Quality Supervision Association in Taiyuan City, capital of north China's Shanxi Province, changed her birth date and faked her tenure as a local economic official.
Wang was deprived of her civil servant status and removed from her current post.
Wang Qiulan, together with an official who is only identified by his surname Li, helped Wang Hongying to forge her credentials.
Wang Qiulan was demoted and Li was removed from his current post, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

Zhong Li, deputy dean of a technician training school in Meizhou City in south China's Guangdong Province, was removed from his post after he was found to have fabricated his employment at an institution affiliated to the Bureau of Land and Resources at Wuhua County.
He obtained status as a civil servant after his father, president of the Intermediate People's Court of Meizhou, sought help from officials in Wuhua County.
