Gambhir Singh, Kallu Singh and Ramlakhan were arrested in the encounter, which took place yesterday in forests of Kalinjar area.
Of the three, Gambir had reward of Rs 4500.
Two country made pistols, a rifle and a number of cartridges were recovered from them, police said.
The three were wanted in connection with a number of cases of abduction and extortion.
