3 family members killed as house roof collapses

Three members of a family were killed and as many were injured, one of them seriously, when the roof of their house caved in due to incessant rains here, police said today.
The incident took place last night at Bharti Nagar near railway station here when the family members were watching television, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Raj Kumar, a lineman with state powercom, his son Raju (8) and daughter Seema (10).
The injured have been hospitalised where the condition of a child is stated to be serious, they said.
