Three friends in Jaipur have secured the top three positions in the Common All India Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018, the results of which were announced today.
Aman Garg secured the first position with 159 score, whereas his friends Devansh Kaushik and Anmol Gupta came second and third respectively with 157.5 score each.
All three prepared for the exam at the same institute.
"We prepared at the same coaching institute and used to exchange notes and study together. We all are aiming to join NLU, Bangalore now," Devansh Kaushik told PTI, referring to the National Law School of India University.
They credited their parents and teachers for their success.
"Devansh and I scored 157.5 marks, but he score more in legal section and stood second in the examination. We hope to study together at NLU, Bangalore," Gupta said.

The results were declared a day after the Supreme Court cleared the decks for their declaration for admissions in 19 prestigious national law colleges across the country.
The petitioners seeking a stay on the declaration of the results had said in their plea that there were glitches during the CLAT held on May 13, causing loss of crucial time, thus violating their fundamental right to equality.
Around 54,000 candidates had undertaken the CLAT-2018.
