associates were arrested today for their alleged involvement in burglary in the house of his owner in south Delhi, police said today.
Chandan, the servant, Vicky, who is out on bail in a case relating to the murder of his previous employer, Sunny and Sabir were arrested early this morning.
Their arrest came on a complaint filed by one Reetu, a resident of Gulmohar Park, that three youth had forcibly entered her house and made them hostage at gun point.
She said the trio also ransacked the house and robbed cash Rs 20,000, gold jewellery, cell phones and other items before tying their arms and legs.
Investigation showed Chandan had started working at the house of complainant just two months ago and he had been to his native place Bihar for ten days recently.
"During inquiry, the conduct of Chandan was found suspicious. Later, he broke down and confessed his involvement in the crime along with his associates. He said he had planned the robbery with his three associates," a senior police official said.
He also said he had arranged a separate SIM card to communicate with his associates for a suitable time to commit the robbery.
