3 killed, 2 injured after car falls into gorge in U'khand

Three persons, including two women, were killed and two injured today after the car they were travelling in fell into a gorge near Garurganga village here, police said.
The incident occurred around 11 AM on the Badrinath National Highway in Joshimath area, they said, adding the injured have been admitted to the Chamoli District Hospital.
"The three persons died on the spot while the injured, a boy and a woman, were rescued by a district disaster management team," police said.
The victims were all residents of Kimana village, they added.
